A Place to Play, Connect & Grow

Every child deserves a space where they feel safe to express themselves, explore their emotions, and simply be who they are.

Through play, creativity, and connection, we help children and families build confidence, strengthen relationships, and grow together.

Child Centered Play Therapy

Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) recognizes that children often communicate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences most naturally through play. In a warm, accepting environment, children are given the freedom to explore their inner world at their own pace while building a trusting relationship with their therapist.

Through child-led play, children can practice making choices, expressing emotions, solving problems, and developing confidence and autonomy. CCPT can support emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and problem-solving while helping children navigate anxiety, frustration, trauma, and other social or emotional challenges.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) helps strengthen the connection between children and their parents or caregivers through the power of play. Parents learn therapeutic play skills that allow them to enter their child's world, better understand their emotions and experiences, and create a safe and supportive space for expression.

Through child-led play, CPRT focuses on building trust, empathy, communication, and emotional connection while supporting a child's growing independence. These skills can extend into everyday family life, helping strengthen attachment, encourage emotional regulation, and reduce behavioral challenges.

Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy offers children creative, non-verbal ways to explore and communicate thoughts, feelings, and experiences. For children who find it difficult or overwhelming to talk directly about what they're experiencing, creative expression can provide another pathway for processing emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

Expressive arts interventions can be especially meaningful for children who have experienced trauma or abuse, allowing difficult emotions and experiences to be explored without relying solely on words. Through creative expression, children are given space to process, communicate, and work toward emotional healing at a pace that feels manageable.
